At Strategaze, we believe even the simplest tools can drive big results. When Nice Ice, Northern Greece’s leading packaged ice provider, needed to solidify its B2C presence, we stepped in with a practical yet impactful solution.

The Challenge: B2C Expansion with Limited Resources

Nice Ice had long dominated the B2B market, but the B2C space required a different approach. Consumers needed a convenient way to find nearby retailers carrying their ice. However, delivering ice to individuals wasn't feasible, and educating consumers on buying through Points of Sale (POS) was key.

Our Strategy: A Smart Map Solution, Built with Free Tools

Collaborating with Nice Ice's leadership, we developed a branded, interactive map using Google Maps. We included all POS locations where consumers could purchase Nice Ice products. With practically zero budget, this user-friendly and widely accepted tool was the pragmatic way to go.

Execution: Targeted Social Media Campaigns

To promote the map, we launched seasonal social media campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, connecting Nice Ice’s products with major events and holidays. Short videos and static posts showcased the map's ease of use, driving traffic from B2C consumers.

Results: Boosting Awareness and Sales

The map gained significant traction, accumulating nearly 46K views since its launch. Notably, the December 2022 campaign achieved a 5.5% CTR—well above industry averages. Even better, YoY sales for Nice Ice's B2C sector showed a clear increase, highlighting the map's impact on customer engagement and product accessibility.
